The firm is led by Karine Arama, also known as “Kay”, who after twenty years of a successful international career in Investment Banking, decided to dedicate her time to others by joining the Coaching Industry.
Kay, who has lived in Paris, London and Singapore, has rapidly built a solid Coaching business, focusing on results based on Regular Movement, Optimal Nutrition, Physiology & Psychology. With her focused, demanding, fun, and high-energy approach, combined with her people skills and a holistic methodology, her clients have been able to reach fantastic results in a short space of time, observing a major transformation in terms of Body shape, Health, and Performance. The foundation of “Kay’s Executive Edge” is also built upon two decades of extensive experience in Sales and Management in Investment Bank and Venture Capital. This wealth of knowledge and expertise, combined with a deep-seated passion for people and a commitment to excellence, has shaped Kay’s unique approach to Executive Sales & Deal Closure coaching. Kay’s reputation, built in Singapore and now in Paris, has helped her to build a client base whom she coaches remotely. Passionate about movements, Kay has been training for Thai Boxing for years and has practiced English Boxing, Brazilian Ju-jitsu and Krav Maga . She is a Golf player and a Master Scuba Diver. Unsurprisingly, Kay is a Fitness addict and particularly promotes Functional Training. |
